Cash Upfront

Cash UpFront, an 11 yr. old racing Sorrel colored Thoroughbred, was surrounded to Dove Hill Horse Ranch in September of 2003 from Orlando, Fl.  Cash was sold to them pregnant with laminitis issues.  Cash was recommended by another local vet to be put down due to the hoof problem.  The owners managed to get her through the pregnancy and weaning process but could no longer stand to see her in pain so they called Rebecca.  Rebecca and her board member Beth went to pick her up.  Cash was administered painkiller (Bute) in order to have her walk on and do the haul.  Upon Cash arriving, Rebecca called Mr. McCurdy to place on special horseshoes.  For months on end, Cash would wait for Rebecca to come to that certain spot on top of the hill for Rebecca to massage her front legs.  Rebecca would lay her down and massage her legs.   Cash, who was adopted July of 2004, is a whole year later running fine and riding two wonderful 11 yr. old girls down in Kissimmee.  Keep running Cash
